COMPETITORS!
COMP is our Competitors Track Offered by the NCFIT's NC Collective.
It is a carefully balanced prescription of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for the competitor.
COMP consists of 3 daily parts – A. Conditioning, B. NCMETCON Workout, and C. Strength/Skill Work. Workouts are designed on a 90 minute timeframe.
